Who We Are
8k817 Casino stands as the Philippines' premier online gaming destination, serving over 50,000 active Filipino players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and every province in between since our launch in 2022. We're not just another online casino - we're a platform built specifically for the Filipino gaming community, understanding the unique preferences, payment methods, and entertainment culture that defines gaming in the Philippines.
Founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology experts with deep roots in Southeast Asian markets, 8k817 was created with a singular vision: to provide Filipino players with a world-class online casino experience that combines international gaming standards with local convenience and cultural relevance. We recognized that Filipino players deserved better than generic international platforms that didn't understand local payment systems like GCash and PayMaya, didn't offer customer support in the hours Filipinos actually play, and didn't feature the games that resonate with Philippine gaming culture.
From day one, 8k817 Casino committed to three non-negotiable pillars: trust, speed, and variety. Trust means full PAGCOR licensing, SSL encryption that meets international banking standards, and certified fair gaming from independent auditors. Speed means 15-minute GCash withdrawals that have become our signature feature - when you win at 8k817, your money reaches your wallet before most competitors even process your request. Variety means 500+ games from the world's top providers, live dealers broadcasting 24/7, comprehensive sports betting covering PBA to international leagues, and constant additions to keep our library fresh.

Why Filipino Players Choose 8k817
The online casino industry in the Philippines is competitive, with dozens of platforms vying for player attention. So why do over 50,000 Filipino players trust 8k817 Casino with their gaming entertainment? The answer lies in our unwavering commitment to understanding and serving the specific needs of the Filipino gaming community.
Local Payment Integration
While international platforms struggle with Philippine payment systems, 8k817 offers seamless integration with GCash, PayMaya, and all major Philippine banks. We understand that most Filipinos prefer mobile wallets, so we've optimized our entire payment infrastructure around the methods you actually use. Deposits appear instantly, withdrawals process in minutes, and you never need to explain Philippine banking to foreign support staff.
24/7 Filipino Support
Our customer support team consists of Filipino professionals who understand local gaming culture, speak your language (literally and culturally), and work on Philippine time zones. Whether you're playing at 2 AM in Manila or need help during your lunch break in Cebu, Filipino-speaking support is always available via live chat, email, and social media with average response times under 60 seconds.
Games Filipinos Love
Our game selection isn't random - it's curated based on what Filipino players actually enjoy. That means heavy emphasis on Asian-themed slots, fishing games that are massively popular in the Philippines, live baccarat and dragon tiger, sports betting covering PBA basketball and local boxing matches, and bingo games that mirror the Filipino bingo hall experience. We don't just dump a generic international game library on you; we carefully select titles that resonate with Philippine gaming preferences.
At 8k817 Casino, we're not trying to be the biggest platform globally - we're focused on being the best platform for Filipino players specifically. That narrow focus allows us to excel in ways that matter most to our community: fast GCash withdrawals, games that match local preferences, support staff who understand Philippine culture, and a platform that just works seamlessly with the payment methods and devices Filipinos actually use.
Our Commitment to Security and Fair Play
Trust is the foundation of any successful online casino, and at 8k817, we've invested heavily in creating the most secure and fair gaming environment in the Philippines. Our security infrastructure meets international banking standards with 256-bit SSL encryption protecting all data transmission between your device and our servers. Player funds are segregated in secure Philippine bank accounts, separate from operational funds, and fully insured against any company financial issues.
Every game on 8k817 Casino undergoes rigorous fairness testing by independent auditing firms including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Random Number Generators (RNGs) that determine slot outcomes, card shuffles, and roulette spins are certified to produce truly random, unpredictable results that cannot be manipulated by anyone - not by us, not by players, not by anyone. We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games transparently, and these are verified monthly by third-party auditors.
8k817 operates under full PAGCOR licensing, subjecting us to regular compliance audits, player protection requirements, and operational standards that ensure we maintain the highest levels of integrity. Our license isn't just a formality - it's a guarantee that we operate legally within the Philippines, follow all anti-money laundering regulations, and maintain player protection standards that meet national requirements. We take our regulatory obligations seriously because they exist to protect you, the player.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
At 8k817 Casino, we believe that online gaming should be entertaining, exciting, and above all, responsible. We're committed to promoting safe gambling practices and providing resources for players who may be struggling with problem gambling. Our platform includes comprehensive responsible gaming tools that put you in control of your gaming activity.
Every 8k817 account comes with customizable deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) that you can set in your profile. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately - any increase request triggers a 24-hour cooling-off period, preventing impulsive decisions during emotional moments. Session time reminders alert you after playing for a specified duration, helping you maintain awareness of how long you've been gaming. Loss limits prevent you from wagering more than a preset amount within a time period.
🔞 Age Restriction - 21+ Only
8k817 Casino strictly enforces Philippine legal requirements: all players must be 21 years or older. During registration, we verify ages through mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures requiring government-issued ID. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful - we have zero tolerance for it. Any attempt to register with false age information results in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture. Parents and guardians: please monitor your children's internet usage and ensure they cannot access online gambling sites.
If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, 8k817 offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, make deposits, or play any games. We also provide links to professional help resources including PAGCOR's responsible gaming hotline, Gamblers Anonymous Philippines, and mental health support services. Remember: gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If it stops being fun, it's time to stop.
