1. General Provisions

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

8. Intellectual Property

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8k817 Casino regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 Assignment

These Terms are prepared in English. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
